At PawBathBuddy, we want you and your furry friends to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issue with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • All tags and accessories must be included (if applicable).

  • You must provide proof of purchase or order details.

Please do not send any product back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as you receive it.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will review the issue and help provide the appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for returns, including:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer handling

  • Products without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

For hygiene and safety reasons, used pet grooming products may not be accepted for return unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you need a different product, the fastest option is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order after your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
